Your numbers stay in your browser

What happens to your numbers

• Your browser does all the math. The page sends the numbers you type to no server.
• The page has no ads and no account.
• The page keeps nothing on your device. When you close the page, the numbers are gone.
• The address of the page changes when you change a number. The numbers are in the address, after the ? sign. This lets you save or share the page. The numbers go to other people only when you send the address. Do not share an address that has private numbers.
• If the page has an error, it sends an error report to the server. The report has the error message, page type, browser and app version. It has none of your numbers. The page replaces emails, IP addresses and long numbers in the message. Other text in the message stays.

Who hosts this page

Cloudflare hosts this page. Like any web host, it sees your IP address and the page you ask for. It keeps technical request logs, with no IP address and none of your numbers, for 7 days. Cloudflare also counts visits to the page with Cloudflare Web Analytics. For about 1 in 10 requests, it records the browser and operating system, the language, the network and an approximate location (country, region and city). It works these out from your connection.
